Miss you guys, so decided to revisit the Scout induction to the family and loved it all over again.

That campground in Tepic is a gem. We stayed 3-4 days on our way to the coast. They gave us some of their ripe red bananas grown there and there's a paleta shop a few blocks away where we stocked up and filled our freezer with fruit popcycles! I think a lot of peeps just stay overnight and power through but we explored a bit and were happy we did that....being the "slow-mads" that we are....

We lived on the Oregon coast (north and south) for many years and then in 2022 left in a classC RV for central Mexico. But we are working and slow-madding. So have now been in Oaxaca since October 2023 and we spent last winter in Huatulco and decided to spend next winter in Zipolite. But we will stay (as we tend to do) for 2-4 months...AND we have AC in our old rig for hot afternoons.

If i had seen this 10 months ago I would have suggested for y'all to visit Whytecliff Park(Whytecliff lookout point) in west Vancouver. Wait for the tide to go out and y'all could really enjoy the serenity and beauty of our great city. I guess y'all could do that again in the future. I don't know if dogs are allowed or if parking is free but it's worth a visit

We set off for Serbia, via Vienna, but got stopped by the Nazi Police in Braunau, yes Hitler's birthplace. So looking forward to this. We got a stray In Portugal a brilliant dog coming up to 3 years old and " A Dog named Boo" just like the song. Boo is a Podingo, a Portuguese pointer, anyway well done with Rosie.... What an amazing place, we must go.

I know it was a long time coming before you got the chance to see real wildlife, but now you can consider yourselves some of the luckiest people on earth....it's so incredibly rare to get to see a wolf, let alone a black wolf during the daytime....I'm so jealous and happy for you at the same time. I regret circumstances made it impossible to continue the trip. There is NO way I could go thru just the heat & humidity you endured in some places. Many were there with you thru as much of it as was open to UA-cam. Are y'all planning something else? I'm a subscriber & am sad the trip took the toll on y'all we all saw. I haven't seen Europe or Britain, Scotland, Wales, or Ireland. How cool THAT would be! I hope to see y'all again soon. Sincerely.
